Message	connector and see if it pulses - that would tell you there's a signal. It's also possible that the idle adjustment screw isn't set right. A few things to do... - Is engine timing set correctly? (just asking) - Is the TPS (voltage) adjusted correctly per the FSM procedure at 0.45 volts? - Did you try setting the idle per the FSM procedure? FYI -- A rough idle could be coming from things such as small vacuum leaks or injector connectors that are badly corroided. There's a write in the FAQ section on all the things to check for...
